More than 160 flights cancelled as Typhoon Chaba heads for Okinawa

TOKYO - Japan's weather bureau issued warnings for gales and high waves in the south of the country as Typhoon Chaba approached the island of Okinawa, forcing more than 160 flight cancellations and disrupting refinery shipments.
